She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Motsinger and Maxine Standridge Mansell. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Allen; her children, Jason Mitchell, Randy Bullard, Sir Anton Conner, KelCedric Bullard, Caleb Boyd, Olivia Conner, LaVonda Mitchell, Rebecca Bullard and Nikita Conner; and her siblings, Stan Motsinger, Flora Motsinger and Tracy Linzy. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
