She is survived by: her parents, James Jacobs of Little Rock, AR and Charlene Roberts of Stuttgart, AR; her husband Sylvester Barrow, Jr.; her daughter Charity Aneyshia Barrow; her siblings, Andre Higgins, Roderick Higgins of Stuttgart, AR, James Jacobs (Darcelle) of Lonoke, AR, Tonya Betts (Albert) of Stuttgart, AR, Nikki Tolbert (Deaundray) of Dallas, TX, Jasmine Jacobs of Little Rock, AR, Taiesha Jacobs of Little Rock, AR and Tia Jacobs of Little Rock, AR; her parents-in-law, Sylvester Barrow, Sr. and Gertrude Barrow of Clarendon, AR; her siblings-in-law, Michael Barrow, Sr. of Little Rock, AR and Felicia Barrow of Stuttgart, AR; and her cousin Angela Higgins-Williams (Tracy) of Little Rock, AR. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and co-workers.
