McNeil (Cline) of Humphrey, AR; his daughters, Nicole McNeil of Stuttgart, AR, Zandria McNeil of Little Rock, AR, Mia Smith of Stuttgart, AR, Cassandra Cline of Stuttgart, AR, Amber McNeil of Stuttgart, AR, Maranda Banks of Alexander, AR, Shatoria Combs of Little Rock, AR and Kendra Jones; and his siblings, Stanley McNeil of New Haven, Connecticut, Rodney McNeil of Texarkana, Texas, Michael McNeil of Humphrey, AR, Elva Whiten of Stuttgart, AR, Vickie Parks of Little Rock, AR and Carolyn Miller of St. Louis, Missouri. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
