He is survived by: his children, Todd (Gina) of Humphrey, Michael (Cindy) of Paragould and Krystal Addison of Humphrey; his close friend Carol Barber; his sisters, Marlene Bush (Jerry) of Hot Springs and Sherry Duckett (Mike Jones) of Jefferson City, MO; his sister-in-law Brenda Law of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Stephen Addison (Natalee) of Humphrey, Josh Addison (Hannah) of Stuttgart, Darrin Addison (Jaelyn) of Jonesboro, Sarah Addison (Alivia) of Sherwood, Haley Addison, Hayden Stone of Humphrey, Jeremy Monreal of Paragould, Jaran Tipton (Tripp) of South Haven, MS and Jaden Monreal of Paragould; and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Ainslee, Easton, Asher Addison of Humphrey, Keaton, Andrew Addison of Stuttgart and Adison Tipton of South Haven, MS..
