She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Alvin Curton; her parents, Dave Krisell and Willie Noland Krisell; her son Larry Curton; her daughter-in-law Gail Curton; and her siblings, Wilbourn Krisell, Maxine Curton, Betty Dabbs and Margaret Jackson.

She is survived by: her son Donnie Carroll Curton of Humphrey; her grandchildren, Kalynn Hill (Pat) of Sherwood, Donna Burlison of Humphrey, Vonda Jo Curton, Mary Boston of Stuttgart, Amy Hopson (Terry) of Pine Bluff, Jason Curton (Megan) of Fayetteville, Jeremy Curton of Humphrey and Megan Chastain (Adam) of Holly Grove; her great grandchildren, Halley Hill, Gabrielle Stokes, Dylan Barnes, Brayden Boston, Ty Burlison, Kallie Hopson, Olivia, James, Huck, Margaret Chastain and Murry Curton; and her brother Walton Krisell (Ella Mae) of Stuttgart. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“I feel your pain. I know your feeling of loss. I loved her all my life and know she will watch over us all. All the "first" cousins were so used to us telling us what to do and when. The only spanking I got in school was from, Aunt DeeDee. She warned me, it was the second time she gave the test and no I didn't study. I missed one spelling word, and you got a lick for every one you missed. Every one got at least one lick, but I think mine was harder! There are many good memories over the year”
