She is survived by: her parents, Wendy Evans of Humphrey and Mark Evans; her siblings, Nathan Evans of Humphrey, Heather Evans of Humphrey and Megan Edwards of Humphrey; her grandparents, Jackie, Norma Marshall of Humphrey, Don, Sue Evans of Texas, Denny, Carol O'Brein of Nebraska and Charlotte Lee of Humphrey; her aunt Melissa Slater (Ed) of Benton; and her cousins, Mathew and Madison Thomas.
