He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Foster; his sister Nora Cline; his son Raymond Holmes; and his grandchildren, Raymond Holmes, Jr., Ernest Holmes, Jr., Carderelle Collins and Rayunna Holmes.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Foster, Jr., Ernest Holmes (Shina), LaShunda Foster and Sandra Holmes-Robinson (Calvin); and his siblings, Brittie Foster (Garnet), Gene Foster (Martha), Greg Foster, Freddie Foster and Reba Payton (Ricky). He is also survived by 10 granddaughters, 17 grandson and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
