She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Vineyard Wooten and Minnie Grimes Wooten; her husband Wallace W. Hornbeak; her daughter Patti Hornbeak; and her grandson Ashley Green.
She is survived by: her children, Larry W Hornbeak (Sue) of Forrest City, Terry Hornbeak (Kathy) of Hughes, Lorin Hornbeak of Hughes and Sandra Dilks (Carroll) of Marianna; and her grandchildren, Carie Teague, Brad Hornbeak, Katie Hornbeak, Steven Dilks, Lyndsey Dilks, Jennifer Moore and Lorna Casey. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and many friends.
