He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Parnell and Annie Faye Parnell; and his siblings, Wilbur, Bobby, David Parnell, Donna Stokes and Sarah Faye Parnell.
He is survived by: his sons, John Allen Parnell and Jacob Lee Parnell; his siblings, Vickie Parnell, Judy Butler, Michael, Larry and Gary Parnell; and his grandchildren, Anna, Danni, Connor, Cami, Brooklynn and Jaxon. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
