It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Payne of Hughes, Arkansas, who passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by four daughters; three sons; six sisters; four brothers; 14 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren.
