It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Ray Towery (Hughes, Arkansas), who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Loranze Towery and Odell Gardner Towery; and his brother Robert Towery. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Chamness of Hughes; his grandsons, Paul Towery of Fayetteville, Justin Towery of Grenada and Kevin Towery of Wynne; and his siblings, James Towery of Mississippi, Roy Towery of Mississippi, Ricky Towery of Mississippi, Ruby Staggs of Arkansas, Jessie Brown of Missouri, Clara Fraze of Mississippi, Jeanette Murphy of Mississippi, Brenda Fortune of Mississippi and Sandra Lyons of Mississippi. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
