It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lucille Shatsar (Hoxie, Arkansas), who passed away on January 7, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burling James Moore and Lillie Mary Moore; her husband James Rufus Shatsar; her sons, David Shatsar, Danny Shatsar and Clyde Shatsar; her daughter-in-law Darrin Shatsar; and her siblings, John Moore, James Moore, Linda Reeves and Sue Anglin.
She is survived by: her son Johnny Shatsar; her daughter-in-law Toni Shatsar; her grandchildren, Robert, Harley, Andrew, Brandon, Danyale and Dylan; and her siblings, Ruth Moore, Rosie Humes (Donnie), Betty Thomas, Timmy Moore and Donald Moore.
