She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Lytle and Alice Cleo Lytle (Rock); her former husband Aubrey Rice; her husband Douglas Meriwether; and her sisters, Edith Passalaqua, Barbara Disher and Genandol Adkinson.

She is survived by: her children, Owen Rice (Debbie), Peggy Rice of Swifton, Teresa Rice of Hoxie, Barbara Hullett (Scott) of Knobel and Penny Patterson of Kennett, Missouri; and her siblings, Donnie King (Janice) of Hoxie and Bonnie Walton of Hoxie. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.
