He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam B. Sledge and Myrtle Griffin Sledge; and his wife Estelle Harrington Sledge. He is survived by: his daughter Glenda Workman (Willard) of Walnut Ridge; and his granddaughter Monica Fuller of Scott.
