He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Clay and Juanita Pickett Clay; his sister Billie Clay; and his former wife Sandra Clay. He is survived by: his wife Imogene Clay; his daughters, Tammy Bradley of Imboden, Sheila Smith (Tim Pitman) of Beebe and Carisa DeShields (George) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and his siblings, Pete Clay (Helen) of Paducah, Nicky Clay (Benita) of Leaf River, Illinois, Mary Bryant of Greenleaf, Linda Hagood (Bob) of Anchorage, Carolyn Stafford of Springfield, Marsha Williams of Pocahontas and Pam Hawkins of Pocahontas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and many friends.
