With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loeta Bay of Hoxie, Arkansas, who passed away on October 11, 2020 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Loeta Bay to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake O'Connor and Hazel Healey O'Connor; her former husband Bobby Joe Sullivan; her husband Edward Bay; and her siblings, Joe, Glenn, Frank, Benny, Dale O'Connor and Louise Bolar.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Burns (Sammy) of Walnut Ridge, Alice Fry (Manuel) of Jonesboro, Stacy Ferguson (David) of Lynn, Sherri Morgan (Connelly Hatfield) of Cherokee Village, Rodger Sullivan (Debbie) of Hoxie and Ricky Sullivan (Mi Young) of Cabot; her sister Joyce Gamewell; her stepchildren, Kevin, Sandy, Shari and Michael; and her grandchildren, Melanie Hicks, Dana Bigger, Bret Sullivan, Tricia Noel, Phillip Sullivan, Jordan Kendrick, Bobby Sullivan, Kathleen Privett, Tommie Sturch, Dillon Ferguson, Sloane Wallis and Ashton Geurin. She is also survived by twenty-eight great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 guidelines, social distancing and masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
