He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Eugene Chappel, Danny Chappel (Judy), Imogene Clay, Vera Chappel, Loretta Wheeler (Steve) and Juanita Chappel; and his close friend Allen Wilfond. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews.
