It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Imogene Johnson (Hoxie, Arkansas), born in Black Oak, Arkansas, who passed away on July 11, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Vaughn and Donna Vaughn; her grandparents, John and Lutishia Vaughn; and her siblings, Willis, Rubble, Marvin, Carlton "Sonny" Vaughn, Essie Phipps, Bunnes Montgomery, Mary Ruth Wilson and Betty Lou Statler.
She is survived by: her husband John S. Johnson; her children, Ronald Carl Wilson (Cathy) of Rockford, IL and Youland Gail Weir of Walnut Ridge; her brother L. E. Vaughn (Nila) of Ash Flat, AR; and her grandsons, Allen Weir (Martha) of Walnut Ridge, Lance Weir of Carlsbad, CA and Aaron Rider Wilson of Rockford, IL. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
