He is survived by: his father James Middleton; his children, Jason Middleton of Hoxie, Arkansas and Tracy Taylor (Nick) of Haysville, Kansas; and his siblings, Carless Middleton of Washburn, Missouri, Kathy Matlock (Johnny) of Garfield and Gracie Middleton of Washburn.
