He is survived by: his fiancé Ricia Lewis; his children, Derick Barnes and Kelsey Lewis (Andrew) of Walnut Ridge; his parents-in-law, Rick Lewis (Ann) of Walnut Ridge and Janet Lewis (Gary Johnson) of Okean; and his siblings, Lynn Barnes of Jonesboro and Cindy Smith (Billy) of Walnut Ridge.
