He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylva Collins and Jewell Collins; and his former wife Judy Collins. He is survived by: his children, Scott Collins (Angie) of Tumbling Shoals and Pam Pearman (Donny) of Eagle Rock, MO; his brother Billy Collins of New Mexico; his grandchildren, Alyssa Arndt, Collin Pearman, Ella Pearman, Carlee Harrison, Savannah Collins and Emma Collins; and his great grandchild Lynnlee Pearman.
