He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William R. Powell and Sarah S. Powell; his wife Martha Maurine Coleman; his daughters, Sandra Stokley (Gary) and Nancy Henderson (Jay); his grandsons, Marty Stokley (Rhonda) and Ryan Cook (Angela Uy); and his great grandchildren, Sloane Stokley and Caroline Stokley. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
