He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Quattlebaum and Gracie Quattlebaum; his wife Judy; his son Richard Quattlebaum (Butch); and his sister Judy Rossi.

He is survived by: his children, Barry Quattlebaum (Houston), Karen Quattlebaum (Houston), Karla Quattlebaum (Mayflower), David Quattlebaum (Houston) and Paula Myers (Conway); and his brothers, Stanley Quattlebaum and Bryant Quattlebaum.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Antioch Baptist Church (1936 AR-216, Houston, AR 72070).
