Gene Drinkwater Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene Drinkwater of Houston, Arkansas, who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Drinkwater and Sarah Presswood Drinkwater; and his siblings, Oscar Drinkwater, Everett Drinkwater, Bert Drinkwater, Jerry Drinkwater, Walter Drinkwater and Rose Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Drinkwater, Scooter Martin, Jennifer Miller and Teresa Whitt; and his siblings, Tony Drinkwater, Paul Drinkwater, Essie Ostland and Bonnie Hoyt. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Homes - Morrilton (1325 N Oak St, Morrilton, AR 72110). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Volman Cemetery (120 Connie, Bigelow, AR 72016).
