She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Williams and Beatrice Perdue Williams; and her siblings, R. A. Williams, Bo Williams, James Williams, Richard Williams, Earl Williams and Sara Williams Hunter.
She is survived by: her husband Reverend Joseph Harvey Rackley; her children, Janet Rackley (Jerry Huff) of Orlando, FL and Ron Rackley (Lynn) of Alabama; her grandchildren, Claire Stripling (Jason) of Winder, Wayne Rackley of Savannah, Josh Rackley (Jessie) of Aviano and Katherine Gray (Garrett) of Prattville, AL; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Stripling and Edie Stripling; and her siblings, Elizabeth Coldiron, Fred Williams, Susie Ann Williams, Jean Bass, Bobby Williams and Karen Edwards. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
