She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Carroll and Edna Ulrich Carroll; her husband Russell Burk of Houston; her children, Michael Burk of Houston, Russell Burk Jr. (Maribel) of Conway, Joseph Burk of Berwick, Maine and Carolyn Holcomb (Karl "Wynn") of Conway; her siblings, Dave Carroll of Beecher City, Illinois and Doris England of Effingham, Illinois; her granddaughters, Carolyn "Carolee" Evans and Samantha Burk; and her stepgrandchildren, Melissa Rivera and Jesus Jímenez.
