He is survived by: his parents, Betty Scroggins Burnett of Jerusalem and Willard Alford Burnett of Plumerville; his wife Hope Deaver Burnett of Jerusalem; his children, Justin Burnett of Conway, Clyde, Floyd Fuller of Jerusalem, Heather Mills (Chance) of Oklahoma, Bailey Walker (Justin) of Jonesboro and Kristen Gulley (CJ) of Maumelle; and his brothers, Charlie Burnett of Plumerville, Lee Hugett and Brandon Baty of Fayetteville. He is also survived by Four Grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
