He is survived by: his father Wesley Qualls; his wife Felicia Skeya of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his children, Aubie of El Dorado, Arkansas, Jessica of El Dorado, Arkansas and Steven Qualls of El Dorado, Arkansas; his brother Craig Joseph Qualls of Pearcy, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Jasmine, Jacob and Emmett.
