With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Weldon Willard Black in Hot Springs, Arkansas, born in Cardwell, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2024 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Black and Sarah Black (Goss); his wife Betty Louise Black (Vines); and his siblings, Junior, Lloyd Black, Laverne Black, Lorene Bryant and Jewel Bryant.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Harbour (Roger), Joyce Hughes (Delton), Loretta Black (Brent Roach), Latricia Robbins (Jackie) and Daniel Black (Barbara); his sisters, Faye Rowland (Bill Shadden), Betty Godwin Black and Sue Martin (Terry); his daughter Carolyn Stanley; and his grandchildren, Johnny Dale Summitt, BJ Douglas and Susie Garner. He is also survived by His loving family also includes 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
