He is survived by: his children, Clinton Cotnam, Stacey Shay of Hot Springs, Daphne Wheaton and Valerie Cotnam of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Matthew Weir, Justin Cotnam, Lucas Weir, Dalton Tignor, Nicholas Bugos and Lydia Cotnam; and his siblings, Thomas Fletcher Jr, Bob Jay Cotnam (Pauline) and Peggy Ward (James) of Hot Springs. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
