She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Pack and Myrtle Pack; and her husband Farrell J. Fowler. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Joyce, Pattie Jaye of Texas and Paula Jo of Hot Springs, AR; her sisters, Sandra Smith of Hemet, CA., Arlene Myers of La Mirada, CA and Donna Allen of Challis, ID.; and her caregiver Linda. She is also survived by her family and friends.
