He is survived by: his children, April Howsen (Kenny) and Trey Rutledge (Kim); his grandchildren, Tyler Howsen (Lauren), Whitney Cassidy (Chris), Chase Grinnell and Austin Rutledge; and his great grandchildren, Charlie, Caroline and Hank. He is also survived by extended family and numerous friends.
