He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kinsey and Barbara Kinsey (Cockrell); his sister Donna Wade; and his nephew John Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Jason Noakes (Anna) of Plainview, Dave Hassell (Lindsay) of Hot Springs, Cody Kinsey (Gillian) of Fayetteville and Casey Kinsey (Paige) of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, JJ Noakes, Kinsey Noakes, Avareigh Noakes, Olivia Hassell, Henry Kinsey and Presley Kinsey; and his pet Penny.

Memorials may be made to the Second Mile Ministry at First Baptist Church.
