We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2024, at the age of 22, Shafer Morrissey (Hot Springs, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his mother Harmony Hurst Morrissey; his sisters, Meg and Clara; his father Travis Morrissey; his grandparents, Margaret Henry, Goo, Jim Morrissey, Rita and Q. Byrum Hurst; his aunts and uncles, Lisa, Josh Hurst, Kim, Justin Hurst, Rachel, Hamilton Kemp, Quincy Hurst, Robin, Darren Morrissey, Bret and Linda Petersen; and his close friends, Dr. Jana Martin, Bee Albright, Tina Moss, Haven Brady, LaQuita Aings, Gloria Newborn, Danah Allen, Ashley Bishop and Lindsey Scully. He is also survived by 15 cousins.
