With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sandra Meador Cornish of Hot Springs, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Rowland Meador and Ruby Lee Porter Meador; her former husband Gerald Cornish; her daughter Jill Cornish; and her sister Sue Meador Baugh.

She is survived by: her husband Van Simmons; her children, Gail Cornish Pruitt (Paul) and Jay Cornish; her grandsons, Cole Weirich, Connor Weirich and Greyson Weirich; her brother-in-law Bobby Cornish (Kay); and her nephews, Scott Baugh, Steve Baugh, Jason Baugh, Doug Cornish and Dan Cornish.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fuller Hale-South Funeral Service (1621 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Memorial Park (7724 Landers Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72117).
