He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Mary Christine Williams; his son Roy Steven Williams; and his great grandchildren, Coleman Parker Garibay and Michael Baugh.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Williams; his children, Connor Garibay, Angie Fisher (Brian), Cindy Efirt and Cathy Shepherd; and his sister Delores Tkacz. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
