We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2019, at the age of 98, Roxie Lee (Hot Springs, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Early Tucker; her mother Gussie; her former husband James Charles; her son Wilmington O. Charles, Sr. (Rosemary); and her grandchildren, Wilmington Charles, Jr. of Tampa, FL, LaQuita Charles of Little Rock, Cassandra Barnett of Little Rock, Anthony Jones of Little Rock and Kenneth Jones (Telisha) of Carson, CA. She was also cherished by twelve great grandchildren, a host of extended family and friends.
