He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Rowland and Mittie Rowland; and his son Dustin Dillard. He is survived by: his son Nick Dillard (Chasity); his granddaughter Jocelyn; and his siblings, Ron and Deborah (Gale).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Caruth-Hale Funeral Home (155 Section Line Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
