He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Geiss and Irene Geiss; his siblings, Helen, Bob, Billy, Jack, Dick and Gladys; his former wife Dolores; and his wife Marcella Geiss (Bergup).

He is survived by:, Dodie, Lewis Mahoney, Bernice Bergup, Carm, T. K. Karacic, Gilda and David Macksam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
