She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Rawlings and Emogene Rawlings; and her sister Rayma Baker. She is survived by: her husband Gene Franks; her stepchildren, Gene Franks Jr. (Shannon) and Austin Franks (DeDe); her cousin Dondi Harris; her yorki Ruby; her close friend Janie Smith (Lindsey Phillips); and her godson Justin Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
