He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Estes, Sr. and Ellen Kimzey Estes; his daughter Ellen Lorene Schalchlin; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Schalchlin. He is survived by: his daughters, Jolie Estes of Texas and Mary Elizabeth Dilbeck of Pennsylvania; and his sisters, Mary Joe Estes of Hot Springs and Patricia Carolyn Whitten of Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-granchildren.
