It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Leona Sexton (Hot Springs, Arkansas), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Allen Sexton; her parents, Lawerence Ellis and Ruth Elizabeth Van Meter; and her siblings, Donald Van Meter and Ann Rusher.
She is survived by: her children, Hunter Sexton (Bonnie) of El Dorado, Chip Sexton (Karen) of Little Rock and Bambi Norman (Darin) of Hot Springs; her niece Terrie Rusher of Hot Springs; her grandchildren, Crystal Murry, Lacie Cameron, Michael Hunter Sexton II, Kendal Norman, Alison Garner and Andrea Caroline Sexton; and her great grandchildren, Cade Head, Kyla Hoover, Brodie, Barton, Brock Cameron, Michael Hunter "Tripp" Sexton III, Truitt Sexton, Carlee Grace, Kenzie Kate Norman and Collins Ann Garner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Caruth-Hale Funeral Home (155 Section Line Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grand Avenue Baptist Church or Lakeside School District ACE Food Pantry.
