Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Muriel Hopson of Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 81, on January 11, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Herron and Ethea Cates Herron; and her son Mike Hopson. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chock" Hopson; her daughter Vickie Meyers of Hot Springs; her grandsons, Jared (Lexie Meyers) of Fort Smith, Derek (Natalie Hopson) of Hot Springs and Jordan (Brandi Meyers); and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Carson Meyers, Winnie, Violet Hopson and Everleigh Meyers. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. James Humphreys, his nurse Kim, Ashley Loe, Dr. Timothy Bowen and Dr. Timothy Talbert, In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oaklawn Baptist Church.
