He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Billingsley and Effie Billingsley (West). He is survived by: his children, Kenny Billingsley (Tessa), Linda Bryant (Bill) and Joe Billingsley; his grandchildren, Brooke Russell (Cody), Eric Billingsley (Megan), Randi Harp (Cody), Raelynn Bryant (Kaylor Machan) and Kristopher Billingsley; and his great grandchildren, Merritt, Rowan, Mabrey, Casen, Makenna, Lane, Hadley, Emerson and Lakyn. He is also survived by girlfriend, CC; and numerous other family members.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Caruth-Hale Funeral Home (155 Section Line Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
