She is survived by: her husband David Rouse; her daughter Tammy Caldwell; her son-in-law Tony Caldwell; her granddaughter Zoe Caldwell; her son Russell Rouse; her brother Terry Retherford; her niece Rhonda Fowler; and her nephew Lane Modisette. She is also survived by many grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and in-laws.
