He is survived by: his friends, Rick Grisham, Jimmy Lovelady, Jim Harper and Roger Clinton; his wife Terri; his daughters, Amanda Turner (Aaron) and Alycia Miller (Jason); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Powers, Caleb McInroe, Maci McInroe, Presley Capshaw, Palmer Capshaw and Paitynn Capshaw; and his sister-in-law Sharron.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Home - Hot Springs (2205 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
