He was predeceased by: his father Blanchard Edward. He is survived by: his mother Fay Cooley (Whybrew); his husband Butch "Joe" Lemke of Hot Springs; his stepfather Elvis Clark of Newport; his siblings, Edward Lee Cooley of Little Rock and Janet Blair (Allen) of Malvern; his nieces, Amanda Anders (David) of Hot Springs and Allison Victory of Fayetteville; and his great-nephews, Gavin and Dylan Anders. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a lifetime of friends.
