He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Spiva (Bud) and Lula Spiva; and his children, Little Joe and Cindy. He is survived by: his sons, Marty Spiva (Tanya) of Magnet Cove and Rick Spiva of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Brittany Terlecki (Lee) of Hot Springs, Timothy and Joshua Spiva of Magnet Cove; his nephew Bryan Spiva (Chrissy) of Hainesport, NJ; and his niece Charlotte Tillery of Hot Springs.
