She was predeceased by: her parents, B. W Thomasson and Iliff Powers Thomasson; and her husband James McGowan. She is survived by: her son Mike McGowan (Karen); her grandchildren, Madison (Justin) and Mackenzie; her son Bill McGowan (Teresa); her grandchildren, Lauren (Chuck) and Katie (Norman); and her great grandchild Zeke.
