He was predeceased by: his parents, Sedrick Harold and Laverne Powell (Carpenter); and his brother Allen Powell. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Powell (Sharon); his nieces, Crystal Oliver and Tara Hauser (Kyle); and his great-nephew Chance Oliver.
